1. Scope
These terms apply to the website lifeisworthtravel.com and the app “lifeisworthtravel Planner” operated by Bling Bling GmbH, Floridsdorfer Hauptstraße 1, 1210 Vienna, Austria (“we”).
2. Website
The website is an information and link page for the TikTok channel @lifeisworthtravel. Content is prepared with care, but we give no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Operators of linked external websites are solely responsible for their content.
Texts, graphics and design are protected by copyright. Any use beyond what the law permits requires our consent.
3. The “lifeisworthtravel Planner” app
The app is an internal tool used by Bling Bling GmbH to schedule and publish its own videos and posts to its own accounts on TikTok and Meta (Instagram, Facebook). It is not intended for third parties; there is no public sign-up and there are no external users. Only persons authorised by us may use it.
Use must comply with the terms and policies of each platform, in particular the TikTok Terms of Service and the Meta Terms. We only publish content for which we hold the necessary rights.
4. Provided “as is”
The website and app are provided “as is”, without any warranty of particular features or continuous availability. The app depends on the TikTok and Meta interfaces, which may change at any time.
5. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to personal injury or where mandatory law provides for further liability.
6. Privacy
Information on the processing of personal data is available in the privacy policy and on the data deletion page.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The competent courts in Vienna, Austria, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
